SMS Terms

The following terms and conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text message programs offered by North Texas Auto Investors and its subsidiaries and affiliates.  By enrolling in our text message program, you agree to the SMS Terms and North Texas Auto Investors Privacy Notice which is hereby incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict between North Texas Auto Investors Privacy Notice and these SMS Terms, the SMS Terms apply.


North Texas Auto Investors sends marketing and non-marketing text messages related to products or services you have purchased or are purchasing with us.

By providing us with your mobile number you consent to receiving text messages from us. Examples of SMS messages you may receive are appointments, service status, account status, and promotional texts. Other texts may also be sent in the normal course of business. Message frequency may apply. Message and/or data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan restrictions.

North Texas Auto Investors does not sell, rent, release, or transfer SMS consent or phone numbers to third parties for marketing. We may share information with trusted third party service providers like SMS gateways and customer service platforms we use in the normal course of business.

North Texas Auto Investors may share SMS information if required by law or to protect your rights, property, or safety.

You may opt-out of SMS messaging by replying STOP. 

North Texas Auto Investors uses reasonable technical measures to protect your personal data. We retain information through the course of business or as required by law.
